What this guided meditation will endeavour to help you do, is to create an entirely new relationship with your pain. We will attempt to reframe your pain, and create new and positive mental associations when the unpleasant bodily sensations begin, or become worse again.
The pain of your condition may be acute, temporary and sporadic, or it may be chronic, developing or permanent, but whatever the nature of your condition, this guided meditation seeks to lessen your pain's effect on the quality of your life and inner peace.
